Bethany Harris leads Waséyabek Federal Group, driving growth and strategic initiatives since 2019. With a background in law and a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, she focuses on 8(a) contracting and expanding Native American economic opportunities. Harris fosters government partnerships to secure new contracts and enhance revenue.

Mike Devlin
Mike Devlin, VP of Strategy and Revenue at Waséyabek Federal Group since 2023, shapes business development strategies. With degrees in aerospace engineering and an MBA, his 22-year career spans roles at Boeing and Ricardo Defense. He focuses on market analysis, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth, leveraging his expertise to expand Waséyabek’s operations sustainably.

Vanessa Hatfield
Vanessa Hatfield, Director of Federal Operations at Waséyabek Federal Services since 2020, has nearly 30 years in business administration. She oversees operational procedures, policy implementation, and compliance, focusing on enhancing performance in federal contracting. Hatfield holds a Business Administration degree from East Tennessee State University.

Jessica VanEngen
Jessica VanEngen serves as a Project Manager for Waséyabek Federal Group. She has more than 15 years of experience in project management, business development, accounting, and executive support. Her background is primarily in defense and aerospace manufacturing, but she also has experience in the financial services industry.

Diana Hall
Diana Hall joined Waséyabek in 2021 as the Controller for Waséyabek Federal Group (WFG). She has more than 25 years of experience in accounting and finance, bringing knowledge from both commercial and government contracting environments.
Diana’s primary focus is on supporting the management team by providing accurate financial reporting and insight into the company’s financial data to support the overall growth of Waséyabek Federal Group.

Holly Benesch
Holly Benesch brings 14 years of human resources (HR) experience in the government contracting industry to Waséyabek Federal Group. She has spent much of her HR career supporting small business DoD government contractors in the fields of scientific research, engineering, software development, and testing. Holly is passionate about employee culture and engagement, creating a workplace where people are excited to work.

Ken Nachbar
Ken Nachbar is responsible for executing the overall strategic direction, growth, and performance of WFG’s Operations & Maintenance service line. His role includes ensuring the successful execution of all O&M contracts/projects within the WFG portfolio and collaborating with other Federal service line leaders in developing personnel, ensuring compliance with quality processes and procedures, and continuing to expand the business through organic growth.
